The carefully selected ingredients in this nourishing blend aim to soothe, uplift and calm. Rose is a powerful essential oil for soothing grief, supporting you to heal overwhelming despair, shock and release traumatic emotions. To raise spirits, bergamot has natural mood-lifting and stimulating properties, while roman chamomile can alleviate feelings of sadness and depression. Lavender calms, Star of Bethlehem Bach flower extract releases trauma, and frankincense helps you to navigate racing thoughts.

When you feel overwhelmed by grief, find a quiet spot for yourself and inhale the aroma of the balm. Take deep breaths, and use the balm to massage your pulse points and your heart meridians, found in your hand and arm.
