With Creatine Plus Phase 1 & 2, you get a loading phase with 800mg creatine monohydrate capsules while the maintenance phase has 650mg creatine with 150mg chitosan. The added chitosan can significantly reduce your intake of dietary fat, which makes it easier for you to burn fat stores and sculpt a lean physique. “Creatine loading” may be beneficial to rapidly increase intramuscular creatine stores, then the maintenance phase can help you to keep those creatine stores at the levels you need to maximize every workout!

Phase 1: For the first five days, take five capsules five times per day with water (25 capsules total). On training days, take five capsules: one hour before training and then five capsules after. Take the other 15 capsules spread out evenly during the day. Phase 2: Take four capsules per day with water.
